We dispatch all our items by a 48-hour courier service. However, we request that customers allow a maximum 14-day period for delivery to allow us to process orders. If your item takes longer than 14 days to arrive we will refund your postage payment.
If you require an item to arrive in time for a specific date (i.e. a birthday) please email wonderlandmemorabilia@hotmail.com and we will do what we can to fulfil your request but cannot guarantee delivery beyond the 14-day period stated.
Items are packaged in using a combination of bubble wrap and foam in order to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Packages will arrive between 9am and 5pm on weekdays only and a signature is required upon receipt.
Occasionally items are damaged in transit. This is an unfortunately unavoidable and we apologise for inconvenience and disappointment caused by this. However, we will do everything we can to replace the item as soon as possible, completely free of charge. If you receive a damaged item we ask that you keep it in the original packaging and call 0115 972 8666 to arrange a collection. We are unable to offer any kind of replacement or refund on items returned to us more than 14 days after receipt by the customer.

Please note: All displays to be delivered are framed with high-quality, scratch-resistant perspex in place of glass. This is the recommended industry material for framing as it allows items to be shipped a lot more safely than glass.
Postage and packaging rates
Applicable postage rates will be calculated during the checkout process, on an item-by-item basis. Postage discounts on multiple purchases will be calculated automatically during this process. Please be aware that there is a larger postage rate for bigger frames.
