How do I order items from you?
On the page of the item you wish to order, click 'Add to Shopping Basket'. After the item has been added to your basket, you can continue shopping and add more items, or proceed to the checkout where payment and delivery details are taken. In order to purchase from GiftsandPrizes.co.uk, we require you to set up a user account for added security and to make ordering from us in the future easier. If you do not already have an account with us, you will be asked to set one up before you enter the checkout stage. If you do have an account, use the your email address and the password you supplied to log in.
How will I know that you've received my order?
After your order has passed through our security checks we will send you a confirmation email detailing the exact order received.
How will I know if the order has been sent?
The details of your order will be sent to our warehouse. Once they've packaged your order and sent it out, we'll send you another email to let you know that it's on its way.
How do I track the status of my order?
Once your order has left our warehouse, you can track its progress online. Click on My Account at the top of any page on this website. You will be asked for your email address and the password you set up when ordering for the first time. Once you've entered these, you'll see your account details and a list of options in the menu at the top of the page. Select 'Order History'.
Within your 'Order History' you'll see your order number or numbers, the date or dates on which they were placed, a text link option to view the details of the order (i.e. the invoice) and the current status. The status will be one of the following:
Pending - We have the order but haven't started to process it. You can cancel the order when this status is shown.
Processing - We are processing your order. Your order might be at any point between us sending the order to the warehouse and the warehouse being ready to despatch it.
Sent - We have despatched your order. You'll receive an email confirming this.
Cancelled - Your order has been cancelled by either you or us.
