We are confident that you will be delighted with any product purchased from GiftsandPrizes.co.uk, but if you are dissatisfied with your purchase(s) for any reason, we to make it as quick and convenient as possible to provide you with a replacement item or refund.

Any item may be returned within 14 days of receipt by the customer. If an item is damaged or faulty on arrival, we will arrange for the damaged item to be collected and replaced with a new item completely free of charge.

If you simply wish to return an undamaged item and receive a refund, we will refund the price of the item, less the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.

To arrange a refund or replacement, call 0115 972 8666 within 14 days of receipt of the item. We cannot offer any refunds or replacements outside this period.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note: All our products are checked at various stages during production and again by a quality controller before the product leaves our warehouse. The only thing we pride ourselves on more than our customer service record is the quality of our items.
